Your role involves managing an existing portfolio of Oil & Gas clients, ensuring their needs are met through exceptional customer service and efficient policy management. By retaining clients and identifying new opportunities, you will play a key role in Gallagher's mission to build long-lasting partnerships. Effective communication and a strong market knowledge are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the renewal process and policy adjustments

• Quickly address client inquiries for swift resolutions

• Identify new business opportunities through existing accounts

• Partner with Account Executives for cross-selling strategies

• Keep updated on insurance trends and product changes
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance

• Secondary School Diploma required; higher education preferred

• Active Insurance Broker’s License needed

• Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP are preferred

• Demonstrated tech-savviness and attention to detail
