Weatherford is looking for an accomplished Technical Sales Representative for its Directional Drilling services under the Drilling & Evaluation segment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a sales role related to drilling technologies and a robust understanding of drilling operations. You will manage the entire sales cycle while ensuring alignment with customer needs to drive effectiveness and efficiency in their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales processes from identification to contract
• Build relationships with engineers and operational teams
• Analyze and recommend directional drilling solutions
• Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations
• Support strategic account planning and revenue goals
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in Directional Drilling sales
• Strong technical acumen in drilling tools and operations
• Proven skills in negotiating and relationship management
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Results-oriented with strong priority management
