Drive sales and customer satisfaction as an Outside Parts & Service Representative with Brandt in Calgary. Engage directly with clients to promote Construction and Forestry parts and services. This outside sales role is focused on establishing strong customer relationships while representing Brandt's Parts & Service departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture relationships with current and existing customers
- Assist Parts & Service teams to boost efficiency and performance
- Regularly prospect and cold call to identify sales opportunities
- Implement a territory plan to maximize sales outreach
- Follow up on customer concerns and machine performance
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar field
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Construction and Forestry parts and operations
- Ability to travel within assigned territories
