Total Power Limited seeks a Parts Specialist to handle orders and source parts efficiently. You will interact with customers, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of parts. Your expertise will also support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and resolving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acknowledge and process orders via multiple channels
• Source parts through catalogs and vendor contacts
• Follow up on quotations to secure customer approvals
• Manage and report inventory variances
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification as a Parts Technician preferred
• 1-3 years experience in parts or inside sales
• Valid driver’s license with a clear record
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
