Advisor Sales Asscociate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Manage Inventory and update information in system.
• Able to receive delivery and able to carry boxes to freezer.
• The boxed can weight up to 40 pounds.

• Proven experience in retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  
  Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
