In this pivotal role, you’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and support clients across Calgary and nearby regions. With a solid technical background and over three years of sales experience, you’ll converse confidently on both product specifications and their applications. Your focus will be on nurturing client relationships and expanding their understanding of our eco-friendly technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and update customer interactions in Salesforce
• Review sales opportunities and act on pipeline gaps
• Grow account base through upselling and cross-selling
• Develop strong customer rapport focusing on individual needs
• Create insightful sales reports using CRM analytics
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in technical fields
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to travel regionally as needed
