This role plays a pivotal part in ARAG’s strategy to expand throughout Canada. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios and cultivating relationships through effective sales programs. Your proficiency in insurance and technology will be essential in executing your responsibilities and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development through relationship management
• Identify profitable opportunities within broker channels
• Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broker growth
• Deliver engaging presentations to industry partners
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
• Level I or II General Insurance Licence
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong skills in MS Office and CRM tools
• Energetic with a proven track record of target achievement
