Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage broker relationships to grow origination volume

• Facilitate training sessions for broker product knowledge

• Analyze submissions and assist in closing deals efficiently

• Proactively conduct outreach to potential brokers

• Track and report on business development progress

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in residential mortgage underwriting

• Exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• College degree or equivalent required

• Knowledge of Cyberquery or similar is a plus
