Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment to meet goals.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
