Lead customer-focused solutions for SECURE's Water Treatment division as a Technical Account Manager. Focused on fostering relationships and driving business growth in North America.
This position allows you to immerse yourself in the Water Treatment Solutions market, serving municipal, industrial, and commercial clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify customer needs and deliver targeted solutions. Relationship building and proactive outreach are key aspects of driving SECURE's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive account plans that support business objectives and growth
• Engage current accounts to expand services and products
• Develop strong relationships with customers through regular interaction
• Use lab evaluations to enhance water treatment offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments for growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in a technical field
• Proven experience in water treatment or related processes
• Experience in account management or chemical sales preferred
• Clean driver's license and willingness to travel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
