Wagepoint invites you to explore this exciting field-based position, responsible for expanding our partner network across a designated Canadian territory. You’ll engage with partners face-to-face, ensuring they successfully adopt Wagepoint’s solutions. With three days spent in the field, you will manage the full partner lifecycle and contribute to pipeline growth through proactive outreach and event participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet territory quotas for new partner agreements
• Generate leads through proactive prospecting and referrals
• Conduct in-person meetings and enablement sessions
• Oversee the complete partner sales cycle and onboarding process
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast tracking
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
• Demonstrated field sales success in software or payroll
• Proficient in full-cycle sales activities
• Experience with modern CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings
