In this role, you will be integral to managing client communications and enhancing the sales pipeline within the events sector. Your expertise will ensure both on-site and off-site catering run smoothly, requiring strong organizational and operational skills. Your presence will be essential at key events to ensure successful execution while overseeing routine tasks by front-of-house leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage the sales pipeline actively
• Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for clients
• Conduct client consultations and site tastings
• Coordinate event logistics, rentals, and staffing
• Lead post-event feedback discussions with clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or events
• Proven sales or account management history
• Familiarity with kitchen and service operations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events
• Valid driver's license for off-site locations
