Located in Calgary, Be Better Sales is looking for a curious and confident individual to contribute to its growing team. You will conduct outreach to guidance counselors and post-secondary marketing teams, promoting digital screens that encourage students to explore higher-education options. This role emphasizes your ability to craft engaging messages and secure appointments to support client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to decision-makers
• Identify schools and key contacts for outreach
• Develop personalized messaging for effective communication
• Schedule qualified sales meetings for clients
• Maintain organized records in the CRM
Requirements:
• Preferred 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented attitude with a passion for growth
• Comfort with phone conversations and cold-calling
• Available full-time Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
