Become an integral part of a technical sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. Utilize your attention to detail and customer service skills to meet client needs effectively in Alberta.
With a requirement of at least 2 years in inside sales, this role helps you connect with Alberta clients while enhancing customer satisfaction. A strong technical background, especially in Pressure Safety Valve quoting, along with excellent communication skills, will position you as a key resource on the team. A CET certification is a plus, enabling you to provide informed insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound inquiries to deliver exemplary customer interactions
• Prepare and manage technical quotations and orders
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products for effective suggestions
• Collaborate with sales, service, and shipping teams for updates
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and prospects
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
• Technical knowledge and pressure valve quoting expertise
• CET certification preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;
Great Plains is beneficial
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
