We are looking for a Director of Business Development to support the Corporate Services segment for Western Canada, targeting account development for Food and Facilities Management services in key sectors to grow new business revenue. The role involves outbound outreach, pipeline development, and closing transactional revenue opportunities in high‑velocity engagements within mid to large‑sized target markets.

• Work on outbound account‑based campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales.
• Identify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, web, social, and internal systems.
• Represent Sodexo at trade shows and relevant business and partnership fairs by presenting and articulating solutions.
• Advance and close transactional sales through high‑velocity engagements within a mid to large‑sized target market.
• Attend, participate, and present in team, segment, and other relevant recurring meetings.

• 5–7 years of solid experience selling to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Experience selling food services, facilities management, or property management services or comparable services.
• Experience in the telecom, finance, banking, or pharmaceuticals sector is an asset.
• Experience responding to complex RFPs with large‑volume, multi‑service, multi‑year contracts.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with a sales database management system (CRM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in understanding financial operating statements and preparing pro‑formas.
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
• Travel required across Western Canada (about 40% of time).
