This role serves as a vital communication link between guests, sales, operations, and vendors. You will ensure every detail is meticulously managed, contributing to the achievement of our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee requests for meeting rooms and corporate events

• Track group stays and manage room bookings

• Clarify event needs with guests and follow up

• Collaborate with various departments and external partners

• Maximize usage of event spaces for revenue growth

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in sales or event coordination

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Opera PMS knowledge preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Attention to detail and strong planning skills

• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
