In this role, you will guide a hybrid team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists, ensuring alignment between commercial strategies and clinical excellence. Your ability to assess market needs and coach your team will be vital in fostering relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
• Lead daily operations of the sales team
• Identify new program opportunities that align with sales plans
• Foster key account relationships to drive therapy adoption
• Leverage data analytics for decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in sales
• Experience in healthcare sales preferred
• Strong talent management and leadership skills
• Proven record of driving performance improvements
• Familiarity with CRM and CAS portfolios
