As the Event Sales Manager, you will drive revenue by utilizing a consultative sales approach and managing relationships with hotel personnel. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure a successful event execution. Your goal will be to understand customer needs and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to personalize their experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive results through proactive business solicitation
• Prepare and present timely quotes and proposals
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and departments
• Attend site visits and pre-conference planning meetings
• Understand and apply event cost structures into solutions
Requirements:
• BS/BA or 1+ years of ENCORE experience required
• 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
• Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
• Strong communication skills required
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency needed
