The successful candidate will shape the future of banking by focusing on growing origination volume through strategic broker management. This role involves direct engagement with brokers and a proactive approach to identifying and closing deals. Efficiency and relationship-building will be pivotal to achieving outlined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grow mortgage origination potential by developing broker networks
• Conduct webinars and training sessions to support brokers
• Maintain updated lists of brokers for outreach and cultivation
• Assist in resolving broker inquiries and issues
• Provide regular updates on sales and productivity metrics
Requirements:
• At least two years’ experience in mortgage underwriting
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Clean driver’s license required
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
