Elevate UFA's commercial sales approach as a Petroleum Sales Solutions Manager. This full-time position is designed for experienced professionals adept in client relationship management and strategic growth.
The Commercial Solutions Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Petroleum Sales, responsible for driving substantial revenue growth in the petroleum fuel sector. You will maintain and negotiate key customer relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs to enhance overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve profitability in selling 10 million liters of fuel annually
• Develop and maintain key customer pricing agreements
• Provide essential support to key accounts through visits
• Assess market feedback and competitor activities
• Lead training initiatives for sales agents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business
• 3-5 years in the petroleum industry
• 2-4 years in sales account management
• Experience in pricing strategies for profitability
• Requires valid Class 5 license for travel
