Working in partnership with the Area Sales Manager, you will take ownership of your show home and play a key role in driving sales performance within your community. You will guide customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives, delivering an exceptional experience from their first visit through to possession.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with the Area Sales Manager to drive sales activity within your community and achieve performance targets
  • Manage the customer journey from initial inquiry through to possession
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and referral networks
  • Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience aligned with the Excel Homes brand
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
  • Prepare sales contracts accurately and efficiently

  • Proven success in a customer-facing sales role (minimum of 2 years)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
