Your area of focus

As Sales Manager, you will lead the execution of the dealership's sales strategy across both new and pre‑owned vehicle departments. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing your team, maximizing lead conversion, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the buying journey.

What drives your day-to-day
  • Execute short‑, medium‑, and long‑term sales objectives for both new and pre‑owned vehicle departments
  • Develop and implement sales plans that support the achievement of monthly and annual performance goals
  • Contribute to the development and execution of dealership marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Drive the successful conversion of internet, showroom, and referral leads into vehicle sales
  • Monitor key performance metrics including sales performance, lead conversion, and customer experience
  • Build and develop a high‑performing sales team capable of executing the dealership’s sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referral business
  • Assist in developing strategies to support dealership growth and market share expansion
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
  • Foster strong working relationships across all departments and stakeholders
  • Deliver strong financial results while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards
  • Promote professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
