In this pivotal role, you will guide the regional Mass Market team, focusing on top advisors and fostering relationships with carrier wholesaler teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
• 10+ years in financial services, insurance focus.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
• Proven experience with advisor recruitment.
• Relevant educational qualifications and certifications.
Drive impactful business development and advisor success at PPI in Alberta.
