Customer Service Counter Salesperson

Thriving at EMCO as a Customer Service Counter Salesperson means providing stellar support to our walk-in customers. Maintain a clean counter area while assisting in order processing and product recommendations.

In this role, you will engage with customers, assisting them with selections and addressing inquiries effectively. Your contributions in maintaining stock and merchandising will be crucial to sales growth. You will also work with the Inside and Outside Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers at the counter

• Research products and make recommendations

• Enhance sales through effective merchandising

• Enter and manage sales orders efficiently

• Keep the counter area clean and organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service

• Strong verbal and relational skills

• Able to utilize software systems for order processing

• Attention to detail with solid math skills
