Territory Manager for Specialty Care

In this field-based role, you'll represent LEO Pharma within your territory, focusing on sustainable sales growth among dermatologists and primary care practitioners. The position entails building strong relationships, engaging customers through clinical dialogue, and creating value-driven strategies. You will apply a customer relationship management approach to enhance insights into provider needs, ensuring product advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with HCPs across various specialties
• Apply customer relationship management for insights and messaging
• Differentiate product value propositions for advocates
• Gather market intelligence and understand market dynamics
• Collaborate with teams to support scientific exchange
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Experience with specialty and primary customers preferred
• Strong sales analysis and reporting skills
• Proven record of sales success in complex markets
• Valid driver’s license with travel flexibility
