We are seeking a versatile Sales Coordinator to facilitate communication between our guests and various teams. In this position, you will handle event logistics, follow up on bookings, and ensure that all arrangements meet our quality standards. Your contribution will be essential to achieving our established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage meeting room and event requests alongside Business Development Managers
• Ensure operational details for guest stays are fulfilled
• Communicate with guests regarding event needs
• Coordinate with suppliers for seamless service delivery
• Optimize meeting space usage to support budget goals
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or event management
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera PMS is beneficial
• Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Availability for evening or weekend events as needed
