Key Responsibilities:
• Build a pipeline of prospective customers using Acturis CRM
• Engage brokers, insurers, and MGAs to identify needs
• Manage negotiations and contract discussions
• Contribute to sales strategy and go-to-market planning
• Lead strategic projects and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
• Proven track record in insurance sales
• Minimum 2 years of broking experience preferred
• Solid understanding of insurance processes
• Willingness to travel within Canada
• Location preference:
Vancouver or Calgary
