Key Responsibilities:
• Own recruitment pipelines and workforce planning strategies
• Design comprehensive onboarding for field representatives
• Build training infrastructure for sales skills and compliance
• Create rep-level scorecards and performance frameworks
• Evaluate and manage the tech stack for productivity
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in fintech or high-growth D2C sectors
• Proven track record in front-line sales enablement
• Ability to drive outcomes across various departments
