As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be critical to Rexel's strategy in Calgary. The role involves prospecting new clients, developing sales strategies for existing customers, and maintaining detailed documentation of sales activities. You'll engage in weekly strategy meetings to align with the sales team and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new accounts and increase existing sales
• Conduct account visits weekly for optimum coverage
• Develop a monthly sales opportunity pipeline
• Attend strategy meetings to coordinate efforts
• Document all sales activities in CRM accurately
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of sales experience in the electrical sector
• Electrical knowledge is mandatory
• Proven skills in relationship management
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Must be open to required travel
