This role is integral to the sales and applications engineering group. You will be responsible for tasks such as organizing lead data, maintaining CRM information, and preparing persuasive sales materials. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and support the scheduling of meetings, ensuring the sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in lead research and input data into CRM
• Create tailored sales materials for client presentations
• Track leads and update the sales pipeline status
• Coordinate proposal preparations with applications engineering
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
• Proven experience in sales support or contract administration
• Familiarity with CRM software like Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
