Customer-Focused Route Sales Representative

Excel as a Customer-Focused Route Sales Representative, managing customer relationships and driving sales through effective service.

This exempt role offers structured 10-hour shifts, four days a week, reporting to the District Manager. You will be instrumental in building customer loyalty through excellent service and relationship management while ensuring compliance with company policies. A strong focus on up-selling and effective delivery will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer needs with excellent service

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle with inspections

• Complete timely deliveries and pick-ups

• Keep accurate paperwork current and organized

• Participate in promotions and maintain product knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Minimum one year of verified driving experience

• Excellent customer service capabilities

• High school education or equivalent

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
