Inside Sales Representative at CoolIT

CoolIT Systems, founded in Calgary in 2001, is at the forefront of Direct Liquid Cooling technology. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and facilitate smaller deals while ensuring excellent customer service. You will be integral to business development, responding rapidly and effectively to support key account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first contact for inbound leads and RFQs
• Qualify opportunities based on technical and strategic criteria
• Route complex deals to Key Account Managers
• Maintain responsiveness and address all inbound inquiries
• Progress smaller opportunities from qualification to closure
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in sales or business development
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Technical background in data center infrastructure preferred
