In this role, you will connect with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them leverage Square's offerings to maximize growth. You'll become an advocate for your clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions to enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grow and retain a multi-million dollar GPV customer base
• Identify and address customer needs for business growth
• Cross sell and upsell relevant Square products
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams
• Mentor account management peers on specialized products
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in Sales or Account Management
• Proven success in client relationship management
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Passion for technologies aiding business efficiency
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
