Your consultative approach will identify prospects’ goals and demonstrate how TEC fosters executive growth. This position highlights your talent for relationship building in a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and connect with senior executives and founders
• Lead discovery conversations to understand their leadership needs
• Explain how TECCanada supports executive growth through peer advisory
• Manage candidate pipelines using Linked In Sales Navigator
• Collaborate with TEC facilitators on group alignments
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of sales or business development experience
• Confidence in engaging high-level leaders
• Proven ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Resilience and persistence in outreach efforts
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Contribute to TEC’s mission by connecting exceptional leaders and enhancing their business insights.
