Position Summary
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering hygiene and cleaning solutions across assigned accounts in the region. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment at customer locations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. It combines business development, account management, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Candidates must reside in southern Alberta.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors.
- Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Southern Alberta District.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining high safety standards company wide.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred.
- Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset.
- Sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and customer‑focused.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,890.00 and $79,850.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
