Sales Development Representative (High-Income Skill Training)

Local Market Pro is an Alberta-based company helping local businesses improve their marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement through AI-powered systems and digital infrastructure. We are a growing organization expanding across Canada, building a team of driven early-career professionals.

• Initiate conversations with local businesses daily
• Handle rejection and adapt quickly
• Book demos and generate opportunities
• Learn how to lead and control sales conversations
• Receive ongoing coaching, performance tracking, and real-time feedback from founders

Commission-based role tied to high-value services (packages range from $1,000 to $5,000). During training you earn a 25% commission; once you close independently you earn 30%. Typical early progression:
- Month 1: ~$3,000
- Month 2: ~$5,000
Example:
Average deal size ~$2,000 results in ~$500 earned per deal (25%). Closing 6–10 deals per month can bring earnings from ~$3,000 to ~$5,000; top performers earn $10,000+/month.

Training is delivered directly by the founders in sales psychology, cold outreach, objection handling, and conversation control. You will also receive ongoing coaching and real-time performance feedback.
