Topline Home Solutions helps Calgary homeowners protect and improve their most valuable investment. We specialize in three core service categories:

• Attic Insulation: improving energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs, and maximizing year-round home comfort
• Mold Removal: identifying and resolving mold issues to protect homeowner health and structural integrity
• Go Nano(R) Roof Rejuvenation: an innovative technology that restores aging asphalt shingles, extending roof life and delaying costly replacements

All service and installation work is completed by our trained technicians. Your role is focused entirely on one thing: connecting homeowners with our free evaluation and getting that appointment booked.

As a Lead Generation Professional, you are the first point of contact between Topline and potential customers. You will work residential neighbourhoods in Calgary, speaking directly with homeowners at the door, educating them about the value of a free home evaluation, and scheduling appointments for our Closers to follow up.

You do not sell the job. You start the conversation, build trust, and hand off a qualified lead. Our Closers handle the full home evaluation, quote, and close. Every time one of your leads converts to a completed job, you earn $300 to $400.

• Knock doors in assigned Calgary residential territories on a structured daily schedule
• Open conversations with homeowners and introduce Topline's free home evaluation offer
• Identify homeowner interest across attic insulation, mold concerns, and roof condition
• Qualify leads and schedule confirmed appointments for our Closer team
• Log all leads, appointments, and outcomes accurately in our CRM system
• Track your territory using our mapping and canvassing tools to maximize coverage
• Represent Topline professionally and build trust at every door
• Participate in daily team briefings and maintain accountability to weekly lead targets

This is a performance-based role with no cap on earnings. You are paid per closed lead, meaning each time a homeowner you booked completes a job with Topline, you earn $300 to $400.

Here is what that looks like in practice:

• 5 closed leads per week = approximately $1,500 to $2,000 per week
• Annualized at 40 hours per week = $50,000 to $150,000+
• Top performers who consistently generate 8 to 10 qualified leads per week can exceed these estimates

There is no ceiling. Your schedule, your effort, and your skill at the door determine what you earn.

We do not require prior sales experience. We do require the right mindset and work ethic.

• Strong communication and listening skills. You can connect with people quickly.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Self-motivated and able to stay consistent even on slow days
• Resilient. You understand that rejection is part of the job and does not slow you down.
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping homeowners
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable to your schedule and targets
• Goal-oriented and driven by results
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (required for territory coverage)
• Previous D2D, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a strong asset

You will not be sent to the door without preparation. Topline provides:
