This role focuses on managing a portfolio of 40-45 accounts, generating around $2 million annually. With over 2 years of sales experience, you’ll utilize Salesforce to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. You'll report directly to the District Sales Manager and will have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and respond to customer goals dynamically
• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee inventory management tasks that enhance customer relations
• Present Grainger's Value Proposition to increase sales
• Develop strategies to penetrate key accounts with regular reviews
Requirements:
• 2+ years of direct outside sales experience
• Proficient in customer planning and sales forecasting
• Willingness to travel monthly to customer locations
• Strong process discipline to align planning with revenue growth
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary preferred
