As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will actively engage with homeowners in assigned Calgary neighborhoods. Your daily tasks will involve introducing homeowners to our energy-efficient attic insulation, mold removal, and innovative roof rejuvenation services. You'll qualify leads and schedule confirmed appointments, ensuring every conversation is productive and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knock doors in residential Calgary areas on a structured schedule

• Engage homeowners about our free evaluation offer

• Identify interests in attic insulation and mold issues

• Log leads and scheduling accurately in the CRM

• Track territory using mapping tools

Requirements:

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Comfortable working outdoors for long periods

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus
