You will act as a vital connection between distributors and customers, ensuring seamless order management and a high-quality sales experience. This position demands expertise in customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build quick rapport. Your contributions are essential in driving the success of our Technical Sales team and supporting business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide knowledgeable support to clients and distributors
• Address and resolve customer inquiries proactively
• Maintain product knowledge to answer inquiries effectively
• Recommend products based on customer needs assessment
• Collaborate with technical sales for business development
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or inside sales required
• Technical training in electrical or automation preferred
• Proficient in ERP systems, SAP familiarity a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
