In this critical position, you will work under the Head of Firestop, collaborating on marketing strategies while driving revenue growth for Metacaulk firestop systems. You will also build new relationships, negotiate agreements, and strengthen existing channels in the construction market while enhancing product demand among key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Maintain a sustainable customer base for long-term growth
• Recruit and train independent sales representatives
• Provide technical guidance and deliver educational seminars
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials
• Proven track record in managing sales networks
• Knowledge of firestop product specifications
• Willingness to travel 40-50% across Western Canada
• Reside in Calgary or Vancouver area
