Key Responsibilities:

• Build Fluxon’s sales operations program, focusing on forecasting and frameworks

• Identify growth opportunities in pipeline and revenue performance

• Assist with client proposals and contracts review

• Own tracking and reporting of sales operations success

Requirements:

• 7+ years in sales operations or similar roles

• Proven experience in building sales operations from scratch

• Strong analytical skills in forecasting and pipeline analysis
