Drive sales strategy as an Area Representative port operational efficiency, manage leads, and enhance partner engagement in a dynamic office environment.
As an Area Representative reporting to the Team Lead, you will be crucial in executing SMART's channel and territory sales strategies. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will connect with channel partners, Area Managers, and internal teams, while effectively onboarding new resellers and conducting remote demos across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update opportunities in Salesforce and issue pricing letters
• Follow up on opportunities and leads with channel partners
• Manage lead qualification, mapping, and conversion
• Conduct remote demos for K–12 and corporate customers
• Provide support to existing resellers with inquiries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of SMART products and systems
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Motivated to work with internal teams and customers
Utilize your sales experience and communication skills to enhance market coverage at SMART.
