Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse industries, utilize advanced sales tools, and develop professional skills in a fast‑paced environment. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets across B2B markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing technical features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients by delivering ongoing support and value‑added solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Support business development initiatives through inside sales efforts, including cold calling and follow‑up communications.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, B2B sales, or technical sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and inside sales processes.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
