Join Startec Compression & Process as a Sales & Applications Coordinator in Calgary. Deliver essential administrative support to optimize the sales and applications team’s effectiveness.
In this vital role, you will oversee lead management by collecting and organizing data, ensuring accurate CRM entries, and supporting proposal coordination. You will also maintain customer profiles and generate insightful sales reports, playing a key part in driving sales performance while managing the administrative tasks that help free up team time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input and track lead data in the CRM system
• Prepare and maintain compelling sales materials
• Assist with customer inquiries and route appropriately
• Coordinate meetings and events for the sales team
• Monitor contract records and manage renewals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proven sales support experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft CRM software
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
