As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through the vehicle purchase process. Through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills, you will help customers find the right vehicle while creating an outstanding buying experience.

What drives your day-to-day?
Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor, presenting a professional environment that supports automotive sales while ensuring customer satisfactionAnswer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and financing for the clientele acting as a ‘subject matter expert’Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selection and finalizing their payment termsMaintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales for the dealershipPresent used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughsLeverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policiesSend emails and make calls to prospective buyers in an effort to ensure that your daily calendar has the necessary amount of customer appointments to guarantee that productivity goals are being metFollow up with previously sold clients to earn repeat and referral business while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction standards possible, striving for perfection with each transactionStay current on required dealer group and manufacturer trainingOther duties as assigned by store leadershipWhat are the must-haves…
Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with customers through phone, email, text, and in personCompetitive spirit, strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve sales objectivesSelf-motivated, outgoing, and resilient, with strong prospecting and follow-up skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership environmentOpen availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with the flexibility to support customers through the completion of their purchase journeyMust be 18 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements for operating a motor vehiclePossession of authorized documentation required to gain employment in CanadaValid provincial driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstractMust successfully complete a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screeningAbility to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting as requiredThe Perks:
