Work Schedule and Location
Monday to Thursday onsite;
Fridays flexible remote or on‑site based on work needs.
The Bid Coordinator for the Prairies region works closely with estimators, sales people, and customers to ensure that the requests for quotes are fulfilled.
Responsibilities- Support the Prairies offices in bid coordination.
- Track request‑for‑quote emails from the three Prairies provinces and enter information into Salesforce, assigning opportunities to an estimator.
- Maintain a weekly bidding calendar in Salesforce.
- Assist the Sales Manager with analytics and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Support Calgary office with administrative duties: answer and direct calls via Teams Phone, greet visitors, and monitor visitor access.
- Coordinate with tech support, service providers, and couriers.
- Knowledge of prior sales platforms; ability to learn and master Salesforce.
- Willingness to work from and be part of the Calgary office.
Annual base salary range: $58,140.00 – $94,400.00. Salary paid; incentive eligible:
