Utilize your sales and customer service experience to ensure a seamless home-buying process for clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail are crucial in preparing documentation and managing customer relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep model homes and sales centers clean and attractive

• Greet clients and present home features professionally

• Set clear customer expectations about the buying process

• Follow up on leads to achieve sales goals

• Act as the primary customer liaison during home building

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with administrative contract experience
