This role encompasses lead generation, personalized tours, and managing prospect relationships while executing effective marketing strategies. You'll report to the Sales Strategy Consultant, Western Canada, and collaborate with residence teams to optimize the sale process.
Key Responsibilities- Mine CRM database and progress sales with prospects
- Conduct personalized tours and close leases
- Coordinate marketing events to boost lead generation
- Participate in team meetings and sales updates
- Ensure seamless resident transitions to management
- Experience in the retirement industry essential
- Background in sales relationships and marketing
- Proven customer service skills required
- Education in a related field preferred
