Automotive Sales Associate

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE, CELL PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE, DOOR TO DOOR OR BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES EXPERIENCE

• Conduct sales of new and used vehicles to potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties to customers

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of sales management principles and practices
• Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the automotive industry
• Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse customer base
